Sorano General Manager
Lane Investments and Holdings Inc is incubating Sorano, a new European bathroom brand launching in Spain and scaling across Europe and the GCC. As General Manager you will own how Sorano is sold, moved and delivered: the trading flows, supply chain, distribution structure and the sales engine that sits on top of them, working between our China supply chain, our Dubai (JAFZA) trading hub and our distribution channels across Europe and the GCC. This is a founding-team seat with direct ownership of the brand alongside the CEO, a fixed salary, performance bonus and a long-term incentive.
- 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, trading or commercial operations; sanitaryware, building materials or consumer durables a plus
- Hands-on experience with Chinese manufacturers, OEMs or import and export trading flows
- Strong grasp of freight, customs, 3PLs, inventory planning and product certification, or the ability to master them fast
- Commercially sharp: able to build a distributor, retailer and B2B sales engine and negotiate with senior counterparts
- Entrepreneurial builder comfortable with founding-team breadth, pace and ambiguity
- Based in Dubai with regular travel across China, Europe and the GCC; fluent English, with Spanish and Arabic strong advantages
